A different idea

In recent years the cleaning sector has changed significantly, both technically and administratively. This has pushed many companies towards an ever more "industrialised" service, suited to large contracts and public works where the key word is "lowest bid". However, this approach ends up penalising quality, and it is increasingly the private customer who pays the price with low-quality, often incomplete work.

That is why Nuova Pulizia Professional has chosen to focus on customer satisfaction, specialising its staff across a diverse range of activities to guarantee a complete, high-quality service.

Seriousness is everything

Customer satisfaction is our first goal, so we always guarantee that:

• work is always carried out by our company and never subcontracted (the only exception being the laundry service);
• staff are always hired and trained in-house — we never use labour-supply agencies;
• staff work in teams led by a team leader who oversees their colleagues' work;
• the customer can always reach the team supervisor (always available) for clarifications or changes.

Customer peace of mind

A company's seriousness is essential but not enough on its own, so we are protected against any eventuality and guarantee our customers that:

• all staff are employed in accordance with the law;
• all staff have the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and are trained to use it;
• all staff are insured against any injury or damage caused;
• the company is up to date with social security contributions and can prove it via the DURC certificate.

Thanks to these guarantees, the customer is protected from any unforeseen event during the work.
